Hello! My name is Kyle and my pronouns are He/Them. I'm a 23 y/o self taught anthro digital artist I currently live in the UK and plan to move to the USA to live with my partner in the future. I am a closeted person at first glance but I like rambling a lot on my interests and characters I feel connected to. I love having deep conversations with my close friends.

Basic rules and information

Please make sure you (the commissioner) have a payment ready for when you contact me for a commission.

I (TrashDad) have the right to refuse to work with someone if I feel uncomfortable or my queue is too full.

I maintain the right to use your (the commissioner) completed artwork. Therefore, I have the rights to repost and use the completed artwork as advertisement and examples in my portfolio.
You may repost the commissioned artwork but proper credit must be given to me (TrashDad(Stark)) or personal account (https://twitter.com/TrashDadStark) as long as no profit is being made from you doing so.

You may not have unauthorised use of my work to make a profit on merchandise such as Tshirts, mugs, pins ECT. If you wish to use any art that has been created by myself then you will be required to contact me and ask for written consent as any art produced by me remains my intellectual property.

You may not make any edits to the original image created by me without my permission.

When commissioning me I request a reference sheet/ image of your character to be able to complete any requested work.

I will only work with a description of your character when working on a custom piece. If you are wanting a piece/ref without a clear pic it will be 35% more

I generally require you to be 18+ when commissioning me

Messaging me every day or every week with a 'Hi/Hey' or such will result in you being pushed back, you are free to check in on your com but not everyday/every week please. It's stressful and lowers my motivation flow. If you continue to do so you will not be refunded and will get a strike.
Timing
-
Your latest completion due by date will be set to 6 weeks from the day of payment! However, commissions are usually finished within 4-8 weeks of payment! (Please be patient as there may be delays over this current pandemic time due to added stress and anxiety!)
This wait time can sometimes be longer if I have personal plans or it is over the holidays, it can also be faster if my queue is not too long.
A WIP (Work In Progress) will be given after the sketching stage, and the lined/flat coloured stage before shading.

During the sketch and line stage, changes can be requested, (nothing drastic unless I am at fault on pose or key part of character).
You may request a total 3 changes to the sketch before a fee will be added, this is due to the time it takes to change the sketch.
All WIP will be heavily watermarked until full payment and completion of the piece, then the watermark will be reduced, but not removed.
The longest wait is typically for me to get to your space on my queue. Once the sketch is done and confirmed, completion is usually done within 1 week.

If no contact can be established via either of these methods, your commission will be cancelled, and any payment will be refunded as in line with my refund policy below.
Please make sure to check your messages regularly due to this.
Payments

I accept payment via PayPal, this can be done as either an invoice or a .me, depending on your preference. Please put this through as payment for goods or service.

Invoices must be paid within 48 hours otherwise I will cancel them, unless a different time has been agreed to before you order.

Invoices are sent in GBP (£). If you need info on currency conversion you can look it up easily on google.
I accept USD ($) on certain commission pieces such as YCH. (Only if stated)

PayPal will convert your currency to mine automatically.
Quotes can be given before commissioning a piece, but most all have a set base price that will not change.

A 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid from the invoice prior to your commission starting. Once the sketch has been completed, and feedback is given, the other 75% will be required before work continues on the commissioned piece.

The full payment can be paid in one instalment if wanted.
If you need to have a deadline for your commission please let me know up front so we can discuss it, a rush fee of 25% will be required.

If you require the art to be completed sooner and did not discuss a deadline with me prior to commissioning me, a rush fee of 50% of the overall cost will be given and is expected to be paid upfront.
Refunds

Refunds/Chargebacks from you will result in a strike being given, 3 strikes will result in an immediate blacklisting from any future commissions with me in the future.
If no work is completed within 8 weeks of your initial deposit a refund may be requested.

If you would like a refund after work on the sketch has been completed you WILL NOT receive this if only the initial 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit has been paid. If more than this was paid you are entitled to the amount ABOVE the initial 25% to be refunded.

Refunds will not be given after the artwork has been completed.
Artwork will not be edited after completion, especially if the piece has been confirmed and accepted by you.

If the sketch provided is not to your liking, I have the right to use the sketch as a YCH for other commissions in the future.
